Step 1: E-Mail Application
You complete the application and e-mail it to us.

Step 2: Loan Review and Underwriting / Follow-up Phone Call from Texas Land Finance
Once we receive and review your application, we will follow up with a phone call and advise you whether we can make the loan.  If we make the loan, we will request the required information in our phone call.

Step 3: Schedule Closing
After your loan documents are finished and approved, we will notify you and arrange a time and method for your closing.

Step 4: Paid Property Tax Receipt
Soon after closing, we will send you a paid property tax receipt from your taxing authority.
