Andy B. French, CPA and licensed Real Estate Broker; both licenses are from the State of Texas.  Mr. French received a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas, and a BBA Degree from McMurray University, Abilene, Texas.  Early in his career, he was a CPA for two of the then Big 8 accounting firms.  As a consultant, Mr. French has provided business plans for companies in several industries, including cash flow management systems, workout and turnaround plans, renegotiation and restructure of debt, orderly sale of assets, and a vast array of management, financial, and accounting services, including court appointed receiverships and serving as a bankruptcy trustee.  In addition to his consulting practice, Mr. French, for over thirty years, has owned numerous companies in several industries, including the lending, real estate, construction, automotive, cattle, and oil and gas industries.

 

B. Kay Coleman, loan assistant, has been with Texas Land Finance since its inception.  Her responsibilities include the implementation and coordination of all criteria with in the loan process.  She has a multitude of experience in working with the various entities specific to the types of loans provided by Texas Land Finance.  Kay was raised in Lubbock, Texas, and attended Texas Tech University.  She has over fifteen years experience within the legal profession, ranging from receptionist to legal secretary for corporate counsel to office manager of a law office.
